I deleted something by accident
Don't panic. Choopi never deletes permanently. On iPhone open Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted. On Android open Google Photos → Library → Trash, or your gallery app's trash. Photos stay there for about 30 days.
Choopi says there's nothing to sort
Choopi looks for batches — several photos taken close together. If you shot only one or two, it will say all clear. Use the Today, Week, or Month buttons to look further back, and check Settings → Look back reads if you want screenshots included.
A photo I kept keeps coming back
It shouldn't. Once you finish a session, the photos you kept are remembered and never offered again. If you want them back in rotation, open Settings → Kept photos → Forget.
What is the daily limit?
The free tier covers 30 photos a day, counted once per photo whichever way you swiped, and it resets at midnight. Your first session doesn't count against it. Choopi Pro removes the limit entirely — one payment, no subscription.
I bought Pro but it isn't showing
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase and we'll sort it out.
Does Choopi upload my photos?
No. There is no Choopi server. Everything — the grouping, the suggestions, the stats — happens on your phone. See the privacy policy.
